• Go to bed early. Now, I know this is hard for you, but whatever it is you're doing, you can do it the following day. Getting rest is far more important.
  • Wake up early. If you're going to bed early, it is likely you don't have to sleep in. Always get up even if you think you haven't slept enough - it's just those first 5 minutes that are hard. The mornings are always more productive (and beautiful).
  • Do what you have to do first. If it helps, make a list of all the things you need to do, split them up into tasks that need you to leave the house, tasks that are mechanical, tasks that can be done quickly or need more time. Do them in chunks. It's important that you don't put them off. You should try to get rid of these so you have more time and more peace of mind for the things you really want to do.
  • Finish things. Do you remember all the projects you had in mind? There is time to do them if you do a little now and again. So, finish the books you start, do your photography journal, write your short-stories. To be brilliant, you must complete.
  • Stop second-questioning. I know you're doubtful and you swell up with your thoughts but all that is really doing is depriving yourself of enjoyment. Accept things and work with them, stop wondering how they could be or you would want them to be, just let it be. Accept things to come to you, to surprise you, to change you. Not all is in your control, become comfortable with this.
  • Exercise. Start out by just putting your gear on. It takes a while to break the habit, but remember you've always loved doing exercise and being active. Try to do a little bit everyday rather than a lot on one particular day.
