- Buying a new car at the age of 15 with my own money, and knowing that I've earned it all on my own.
- Winning a trip to Toronto with my school for volunteering for Canfar AIDS Awareness.
- Being able to sleep away from home without getting homesick. I only achieved this in the past year. I wouldn't even go to my nan's at times because I was afraid to go away from home. I was a very homesick child.
- Achieving confidence in myself in the past year. I don't care what anyone thinks of me anymore. Say what you want to my face, I don't care. I was always one to take offence to everything and always fight with other girls, but I'm glad I've changed.
- Being able to pay for everything I want/need on my own. (ie: laptop, car, cell phone, camera, etc.)
- Holding down a job. Starting work when I was 13.
- Being as mature and responsible as I am.
