    • seated arm lifts- 15, 5lbs in each hand
    • chair arm things- 10
    • victory press- 10, 5lbs each hand
    • sumo squat with swing- 25, with 10lbs
  • randomabs- 8 Leg Lift + 20 Bicycle + 6 Corkscrew + 12 Body Crunch X2.
  • middle and top clamshells, 10 for each on each side
