• Exercise, start running, do cardio. It will keep you blood pressure normal and you healthy
  • Consult a good counsellor, not a psychiatrist but a clinical psychologist. Refrain from anti depressant, low dose sleeping pills are ok
  • Travel my friend,travel. Save money travel with friends or alone in different countries
  • Eat healthy, lots of water and decrease caffeine
  • Sleep early by 9:30
  • Everyday in office wish atleast 2 colleagues well being. In your mind. Think good about them
  • Finally I always say start meditating. Google out ways to meditate. My favourite focussing on your breathing.
