- ✔ how I am going to set up my business (sole proprietorship or incorporation)
- ✔ how I will advertise and where
- ✔ what companies can I get an account with in order to keep my costs down
- ✔ what insurance will I have
- ✔ how will I bid jobs
- ✔ how will I handle payment
- Finish my personal trainer certification process by Febuary 1, 2009

- Commit to and complete 90 day training program.
- Finish date...Febuary 1st (that gives me one week to pull my head outta you know where and start something)
- Use week of 10-26-08 to make training plan and schedule

- lower body fat % by at least 1% (I will take my measurements to get my % on 10-26)
- smaller size in clothes (currently a 12 in pants...goal size 6)
- ab definition (don't know if that's possible, but I know I was seeing some before I lost focus)
- great arms (definitely want to build up my delts and cut the fat on my tris)
- thigh control! (this is a big one for me, when I put on weight, it all goes to my thighs first and nothing fits right...I want trim and fabulous legs!)
- I want to stop feeling like a bowl of jell-o...stop the jiggle!!!

- I want to be a size 8 by christmas so I can wear a dress out to a nice dinner with Jason

- this is gonna take some doing..and a lot of discipline
- write a list of debts
- make spreadsheet of debts listing smallest to largest
- make a budget and include debt payments in it
- MAKE PAYMENTS!
- keep track of debt payments on spreadsheet
- use snowball effect to get through debt faster
- Visualize life as I want it to be
- write down things I want that I don't have
- write down what I need to do to get the things I want or to make the things I want in life a reality
- Make a list of daily and weekly goals to keep on track for long term goals
