- the old Einstein's before the Lousiana was added to it. Are they even still open? I miss Scrabble and Heather's photos and the feeling of walking in and seeing all my friends.
- my maternity hospital. I love going and seeing my midwife and all the staff. I'm looking forward to staying there again because the food was gourmet quality and the atmosphere is so warm.
- the creek behind my house.
- Hanging Rock Church Camp, particularly the woods where Ryan, Ben and I cut a trail.
- Jane Addams Bookshop in Champaign
- the Hare Krishna temple in Chicago that serves the best vegetarian food I've ever eaten after every service
- the art room at my high school where I spent three hours every day my senior year. I'll probably never be that productive artistically again in my life.
- my sewing room, the only room in the house with good natural light
- Kickapoo park in Lincoln
- the 8 story Yuzawaya craft store in Kichijoji and the much smaller but great sewing store a short bus ride from my house.
- the apartment when Ken, Chris and Mike lived there and even before that when Jeremy lived there
- Trinity Episcopal Church
- the Carnegie library in Covington where the librarians know your name and keep all the cards on file so you never forget to bring yours.
