• from the park to the movie theatre.
  • though i still enjoy playgrounds.
• from pixar movies to mindf*ck films.
  • though i still enjoy a few childhood movies.

on education:

• from a's to b-'s/c's.
• from perfect attendance to multiple tardies.
• from caring to not.
• from skipping a grade to being scolded by my mother.

on food/drink:

• from kid cuisine to farmers' markets.
• from rainbow sherbert and bubblegum to black cherry.
• from tuna to turkey (and other fancy breads and cheeses).
• from pink lemonade to diet coke.
• from razzmatazz to matcha green tea.

on sleeping:

• from needing the door open to locking it shut.

on shopping:

• from payless to ebay.
• from kohls to urban outfitters.
• from walmart to etsy.
• from refusing to wear anything but pants to owning 10 dresses and 3 skirts.
