  • As of end of January 09, I dropped my $100 a month membership at Crunch at joined the gym at work, also taking pilates and hip hop yoga which I have rarely missed any classes of (for both). I should be doing more cardio and weightlifting outside of these 2 classes, however.
  • trying to pick up starting 11/17.... look fine in O-9!

-LIFES BEEN ROUGH ON THE BODY since JUNE_ (tho I think i went tot he gym a couple of times in Aug) And I rode my bike a lot in the summer to fall_

  • 4/21, no exercise - skipped gym, went to eat sushi w/ mitya. Did not work out at home as planned but surfed the net, chatted online and on the phone.
