- phorest - manager, eod, transaction report, print, collect from office, stop current, yes to cashing up, make sure amounts displayed on report is same e.g. does the cash add up the same (include float with "paid in cash treatments") or the debit payment the same, save, add £50.00 cash-float.
- write notes if needed e.g. deposits paid/redeemed
- note cash down on sheet e.g. £40 cash paid in 2 £20 notes = £20|£40 (2 £20 notes = £40) , £5|£10 (2 £5 notes = £10)
- identify x, total (include cash paid treatments & refer to transaction report)
- identify z, total (refer to transaction report)
- x - z
- sign sheet twice
- place receipts, vouchers/gift cards/ etc. into envelope
- write: Spa Banking *date*
- sign envelope closure
