• i'm considering clearing out a spot in my shelf for all of my kilroy related stuff
• i say kilroy-RELATED because this fucking album has no merch
• other than a shirt with the racist caricature robots on it
• so i just collect things that has the characters' names on it
• hold on i'm gonna rant about something that i probably have already talked about
• i wish that dennis deyoung was less of a dick when they were making the album
• i think it would've been a little bit better-made if things were just talked out a little more
• i think deyoung had a really good idea with the story of this album
• and i want to email him about it but i'm scared he won't take it very well
• cause the album fucked everything over for him
• i mean he's talked about it in interviews it's just that i don't know if he's comfortable
• i know tommy shaw and JY aren't comfortable
• i just want to know what deyoung had planned with dr righteous
  • double life is sang by JY, who played dr righteous
  • the entire song implies that something is contradicting his personality but i don't know how exactly
• a while back i wrote that dr righteous used to play rock music and things happened that forced him to stop and become the version we see in the album
• and that opens up so much
• but they don't play double life at all during caught in the act
• so it was never explored or expanded upon
• and it BURNS inside me dude
• like i said, dennis deyoung really had something going and i love it to bits
• i wrote my own version of the story going off of the already-established lore (excluding a couple things that completely throw it sideways)
• i just want to know if i'm right
• it's odd but i sit there sometimes in my room and i script whole conversations
• in a perfect world, i'd be able to talk to him
• and i wonder if he'd listen
• it would be so cool if we were able to talk about stuff like this
• this sounds so weird to talk about but i have to get it off of my chest
• i know it's the same three things but i like it
• i wonder if he'd like my version of the story you know???
• but what if the world was made of pudding.
• i also wonder if we think similarly
• cause i'm so violently into songs that have lore and concept albums
• barely anyone listens to me when i talk about it
• i appreciate the people that do though
• if i were musically gifted i'd be unstoppable
• there's just something different about those kinds of songs. i can imagine it really well

• i hope they're still there
• i REALLY wanted homework
• but i'm still trying to be happy with the things i have already
• i also need to prepare myself for the possibility it's not there
