  • eat breakfast and you'll eat less over the course of the day
  • the later in the day a meal is the more unhealthy it tends to be
  • on weekends we eat more, and more unhealthy
  • no carb after 18:00
  • drink lots of water (minimum 2l/day)
  • get enough sleep
  • potato chips/crisps are the worst food for your weight
  • eat lots of fibre (80g/day?) not sure about the amount
  • warm meals are very tricky
  • exercise has to make you sweat to work (not bs like pilates)
  • prepare fruit/veggie meals in a way that looks nice and appealing
  • focus on the meal and take your time with it, not eat beside working or watching TV
  • reducing to 1,500 calories per day helps most people lose some weight pretty quickly
  • remember: sugar = carb!
  • endurance sports (like jogging) are the best way to kill those adipose stores
  • when you start losing weight the first few pounds are loss of water/liquid, after that, your process might stagnate - don't give up, after that you're starting to get to the pounds that matter
  • 3 to 4 days of eating meat per week are enough
  • red meat is unhealthy
