- eat breakfast and you'll eat less over the course of the day
- the later in the day a meal is the more unhealthy it tends to be
- on weekends we eat more, and more unhealthy
- no carb after 18:00
- drink lots of water (minimum 2l/day)
- get enough sleep
- potato chips/crisps are the worst food for your weight
- eat lots of fibre (80g/day?) not sure about the amount
- warm meals are very tricky
- exercise has to make you sweat to work (not bs like pilates)
- prepare fruit/veggie meals in a way that looks nice and appealing
- focus on the meal and take your time with it, not eat beside working or watching TV
- reducing to 1,500 calories per day helps most people lose some weight pretty quickly
- remember: sugar = carb!
- endurance sports (like jogging) are the best way to kill those adipose stores
- when you start losing weight the first few pounds are loss of water/liquid, after that, your process might stagnate - don't give up, after that you're starting to get to the pounds that matter
- 3 to 4 days of eating meat per week are enough
- red meat is unhealthy
