- SF9 (애스애프나인) stands for Sensational Feeling 9 (9 members). It was originally Sensational First 9 but this was changed.

Neo School:
- The group originally consisted of 11 members which you can see in the first teaser but two members (Jinkyu and Alex) left. {Jinkyu was in Boys24!}
- They were first seen at FNC Kingdom Japan concert in December 2015, where they performed two songs we now know as K.O and Jungle Game. Shortly after they were officially announced and their teaser videos were released.
Neoz School-SF9:
- In January 2016, FNC renamed them as Neoz School and deleted and reposted all pictures, tweets, videos, etc. with the Neoz branding.
- The boys released a series of lesson videos showing their charms ad talents. These can be found on the Neoz School youtube channel +
- They starred in their own web drama, with aoa members, named Click Your Heart. The episode can be found on vlive or youtube (with eng subs).
- In May 2016, Neoz Band (HoneySt) were announced. This later lead to the reveal of a survival show named Dance or Band (DOB). This show was to decide whether dance team (sf9) or band team (honeyst) were to debut first. They were put through a series of missions and, obviously, SF9 won! This was a relief for many of us as the entire show seemed to go against them but..
- The DOB episodes can be found on the DOB vlive channel.
- After a few months (although it seemed like forever) Neoz Dance Team's official name, SF9, was announced. They were finally debuting!!
- SF9 debuted in October 2016 with Fanfare, they promoted a lot and even went on to promote with K.O straight after.
- Their comebacks have both been almost immediately after the previous one.
- Hopefully they get some rest time soon :(
