- Books by Lurlene McDaniel - I've only read the one called "The Time Capsule" and even though the characters were young, the story wasn't necessarily directed to girls or teenagers. I think her stories are something everyone can relate to.
- Stargirl and Love, Stargirl (the sequel) by Jerry Spinelli - Books about love, love lost, and daring to be different in spite of peer pressure.
- April Raintree by Beatrice Culleton - Wala lang :)
- In The Heat of the Night by John Ball - Read it for a class in grade 9, but I loved it so it didn't really feel like work ;p
- Books by Nicholas Sparks - Dear John and The Last Song. The Notebook might have too much profanities & a friend said A Walk To Remember the novel is bowringgg
- Beastly by Alex Flinn - Hehe, just because.
- Avalon High by Meg Cabot - My favorite author. One of.
- Searching for David's Heart by Cherie Bennett - I remember reading this when I was about 13 or 14, and I've never cried so much over a book before in my life. I would dry my tears before I turned the page, but new tears would come. I was that sad about it (I've always wanted a big brother), and I didn't know they made a friggin' movie of it in 2004 until I googled it minutes ago because I couldn't remember the author's name. ANG SAYA SAYA!!!!!!
She should read poetry too :)
