ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 50 g chicken (cubed)
  • 2 button mushroom
  • 1.5 tbsp ketchup
  • salt/pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • splash of soy sauce

directions:

  • pour tomato sauce and soy sauce into pot and heat
  • sprinkle salt and pepper onto cubed chicken
  • in a pan, add onion and corn and saute until translucent
  • add chicken and when chicken is almost cooked, add mushroom
  • once vegetables are cooked, add ketchup
  • when there is no moisture in pan, add in rice
  • coat rice with seasoning then add salt/pepper to taste and put in bowl
  • in a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and add milk and salt/pepper
  • in a pan, add butter and when it melts, pour egg in
  • stir while shaking the pan around to give it a fluffier texture
  • once egg is almost all cooked, gently slide it over the rice
  • pour tomato sauce on top
