ingredients:
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/4 cup corn
- 50 g chicken (cubed)
- 2 button mushroom
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- salt/pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- splash of soy sauce
directions:
- pour tomato sauce and soy sauce into pot and heat
- sprinkle salt and pepper onto cubed chicken
- in a pan, add onion and corn and saute until translucent
- add chicken and when chicken is almost cooked, add mushroom
- once vegetables are cooked, add ketchup
- when there is no moisture in pan, add in rice
- coat rice with seasoning then add salt/pepper to taste and put in bowl
- in a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and add milk and salt/pepper
- in a pan, add butter and when it melts, pour egg in
- stir while shaking the pan around to give it a fluffier texture
- once egg is almost all cooked, gently slide it over the rice
- pour tomato sauce on top
