ingredients:

  • 1.5 rows of samgyupsal (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
  • green onion

directions:

  • cook samgyupsal until the fat melts a bit
  • add green onion and stir fry it for a min or so before adding in 2/3 cup of water, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic
  • once the sauce thickens a bit, it's done!
  • put on top of rice and mix
