ingredients:
- 1 lbs shrimp
- 2 limes
- salt/pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/3 cup cilantro leaves (chopped)
- 2 avocados (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- (optional) tortilla chips
directions:
- toss shrimp with salt, pepper, and juice from 1 lime
- saute shrimp ~1-2 min on each side
- place chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, avocados, and shrimp into large bowl
- mix olive oil, juice from 1 lime, honey, chili powder, and salt/pepper for dressing
- toss salad and add chips
