- Scotland - haggis or shepherd's pie and Scottish porter (beer), tatties and herrin'...
- Ireland - corned beef and cabbage and a Guinness (day 2 can be fish & chips and Harp!)
- Japan - sushi and sake (with a side order of karaoke!)
- Italy - a big plate of pasta and a nice chianti; cappucino for breakfast
- Germany - OKTOBERFEST - beer & brats and liederhosen and polka till I puke!
- India - navrattan korma (or biryani if it doesn't burn my face off!), raita, garlic naan, and a large beer to wash it down with.
- Thailand - pad thai or red curry something with Singha
- Norway - pickled fish, goat cheese, and aquavit or vodka (I could really skip this?)
- Greece - gyro and red wine (not ouzo, no thank you), and hummus for days, and some really great olives.
- Lebanon/Middle East (somewhere safe, hopefully!) - shish-kabobs & rice with red wine, and lots of wailing belly-dancing music
- France - filet mignon avec haricots verts, pommes-de-terre, et un verre (ou trois!) de vin! Pastries for breakfast!
- Spain - yeah, I'll just take Antonio Banderas and a carafe of sangria.
- Russia - borscht, roast beast, and vodka.
- China - egg rolls and plum wine
- Australia - vegemite sandwich (ha - nah, just a steak and Fosters!)
- Argentina - matambre, wine, tango lessons, and a dulce de leche dessert
- Jamaica - jerk chicken and Red Stripe, and maybe a li'l something extra
