- Time management
- No instant messaging while doing school or debate work
- Music kept to low volume or off
- Listen to classical music/opera
- Take advantage of random free time slots, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Body and soul
- Go to bed at the same time every night (1:00am)
- Get up at the same time every day (8:00am)
- Yoga twice per week, or more often if possible
- Seriously, try and start working out (cardio)
