• Time management
    • No instant messaging while doing school or debate work
    • Music kept to low volume or off
    • Listen to classical music/opera
    • Take advantage of random free time slots, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Body and soul
    • Go to bed at the same time every night (1:00am)
    • Get up at the same time every day (8:00am)
    • Yoga twice per week, or more often if possible
    • Seriously, try and start working out (cardio)
