• Most thought-provoking: The Fountain; The Matrix; Run Lola Run; Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
  • Creepiest: Labyrinth; The Mask
    • I cannot comfortably think about Labyrinth for more than 10 seconds at a time. Might have something to do with the multiple shots of David Bowie's crotch, or the fact that his character is a pedophile.
  • Most inspiring: La Vita e Bella; Uptown Girls; Shine
    • If you insult Uptown Girls I will hurt you.
  • Most romantic: Out of Africa; Titanic; Aimee and Jaguar
  • Movie that is supposed to be serious but ends up being hilarious for all the wrong reasons: What's Eating Gilbert Grape
  • Most guilty pleasure-esque: All of the Bring It On movies
  • Most quotable: The Dark Knight, Monty Python
  • Best WWII-era film: La Vita e Bella; Schindler's List
  • Best film featuring a musician or musical group: Rock 'n' Roll High School (featuring The Ramones); The Jazz Singer (featuring Neil Diamond)
  • Best sports film: The Blind Side
    • This might be very inaccurate, but I don't really watch sports films often. I hear Remember the Titans is exceptional.
  • Most graphic sex scene: Antichrist; Hostel
  • Worst attempt at a horror movie: Teeth
  • Best Robin Williams movie: Bicentennial Man; Goodwill Hunting
  • Best film about a dysfunctional family: Royal Tenenbaums; then, a tie between Little Miss Sunshine and Margot at the Wedding
  • Best sci-fi film: Blade Runner
    • I always have to endure harsh criticism of my love for Ripley Scott's masterpiece...but I WILL NEVER STOP OBSESSING OVER THIS FILM. EVER.
  • Best musical film: RENT; Sound of Music; Across the Universe...probably a few more good ones that I'm forgetting
  • Most disgusting movie: Teeth; Hostel II
  • Most overrated in terms of scare factor: Paranormal Activity
    • I did not think this was scary at all. I only jumped twice because my boyfriend frightened me!
  • Most disturbing images: Antichrist
  • Most relevant to my life at the moment: An Education
