how to get there

  • drink at least 2l of water (that's 4 times the nike red bottle) every day
  • cut out fast food (don't CHOOSE to eat fast food/outside on your own. make your own damn food)
  • bring your own damn clean food to school
  • load up on vegetables, whole grains
  • eat vegan
  • exercise 4 times a week for at least 1 hour: 2 weekdays and both weekends
