- stop napping so much
- 2: honestly, ever since i started uni, i really havent had a chance to catch a nap so progress is being made then!
- get back into the gym
- 1: going amazing, really improves my self-esteem and my mood by a whole lot
- 2: unfortunately stopped but maybe next year!
- healthier eating habits
- start a planner
- 2: a planner is an absolute necessity for college, especially for heavy majors.
- journal more often
- 1: journaling has been a top priority for me and it helps to stop the habit of bottling up emotions and get them on paper rather than the embarrassment of sharing with someone.
- 2: i havent been journaling as much as before but we'll get to her soon.
- do whats best for me n my future
- 2: although it is upsetting to see that some decisions i make based off my gut seems to shake up my family, i believe what im doing is right, whether it'd be for my future or my emotional and mental wellbeing
