Sometimes you find your soulmate in the form of a dirty kid on the playground. Sometimes it takes a little longer to figure it out, but that's okay - in the meantime, you have a best friend. (Or: Jeongguk falls in love before he knows what the word means. Taehyung spends all his years teaching him.)

"Maybe that’s the problem. No one’s ever Jungkook except for Jungkook. Taehyung’s tired of trying to love other people."

Taehyung breaks his wrist as a child. Growing up with Jungkook, it was dumb thinking he'd never break anything else again.

Jungkook uses Taehyung as the prime subject of his essay. The catch: Tae doesn't know he's being used and Jungkook has a hard time remembering his goal.

Taehyung had a crush on the school's playboy back when he wasn't the school's playboy, he just never acted on it because he knew Jeongguk wasn't interested in him like that.

No one was ever interested in him like that.

But after a drunken hookup between the two, things start to change and Taehyung learns Jeongguk is still the boy he met two years ago.

Jeongguk has learned the hard way from the tender age of thirteen when his father pushed him down the stairs, that people are a disappointment. They always will be and so he breaks hearts instead.

Hurt people hurt people.

Jeongguk likes hurting girls, but he doesn't like hurting Kim Taehyung.

Jungkook is an artist who likes drawing on the cafe's freedom wall. Taehyung sees his drawings, and falls in love. Featuring Jimin as the 100% done wingman, Yoongi as the possessive boyfriend, and Seokjin as the sassy mom.

Sometimes I wonder whether you'd be better off without me. Whether you really need me at all." Taehyung has always doubted his necessity to the group, as well as to Jungkook. Usually a knock on the head would suffice to bring him back to his senses. But this time, it seems someone was listening to his request. Now, everything has changed. He's in a world where Jungkook and the rest of the group are still famous, but he isn't.

After the tragic death of his parents, Jeon Jeongguk hated werewolves. The last thing he ever expected was to fall in love with one.

Jeon Jeongguk is not afraid to die. So he thinks. It's not until he is staring into the eyes of his soulmate, black spots beginning to splotch his vision, chest on fire, far too many dark petals trying to come up his esophagus at once, that he's terrified. It's too much. Tears sting his eyes, and he looks desperately at his soulmate who looks just as desperate right back, his world beginning to teeter. His throats closes up, and he can't breathe. Jeongguk thinks he's never been more scared in his life.

Jeongguk doesn't want to die.

Jungkook is sick of getting pathetically attached to Taehyung every summer. So this time he makes up a list of rules he needs to follow during his time in Omelas with his friends:

1- Stay away from Taehyung at all times.2- Avoid spending time alone with Taehyung. (In case number one fails!)3- Say no to Taehyung.4- Do. Not. Let. Him. Kiss. You.

It can't be that hard, right?

If you slap a jester's hat on the monster in the closet it ceases to be scary but to itself, it will still be a monster. If Jeongguk opens his palms he closes them instantly because he doesn't like the ugliness he sees. The neon light leaks through his pores and he ceases to be bright.

Pain changes people. It certaintly changes Jeon Jeongguk.

Jungkook said to Taehyung, “Man I can’t believe Dumbledore died.”

But Taehyung had stopped breathing.

“You! You’re the one!” Taehyung shouted loudly.

“Well, that’s not really how I imagined that being said,” Jungkook murmured.

When Jungkook receives his Hogwarts letter one month before his 13th birthday, he can finally stop running. He has found a place to call home and more importantly, he has finally found friends.

Yoongi had everything prepared, this year he was going to become Prefect, win the Quidditch Cup and snog his boyfriend. He wasn't prepared to having one of those falling out of the equation.

A Hogwarts!au where Jungkook discovers magic and Yoongi rediscovers love.

“I think I like Jimin, hyung,” Jungkook had whispered last night, lips rubbing against Taehyung’s neck, arms tightening around his waist, “I like him very much.”

“I love you,” Taehyung thought, pressing down on his lips to not let a single word out, “I am in love with you.”

“Hyung,” Jungkook had buried his face in Taehyung’s chest, “tell me what to do.”

“Love me back,” Taehyung wanted to scream, could feel the words bubbling on his tongue, burning his mouth, “love me as I love you.”
