+ Triggers that I’m working on lessening but are still big for me have a !! next to them

+ Triggers that I can get back easier from than big triggers but are still pretty bad have a ! next to them

• + means yes it’s okay to ask about these if they apply to you in any way. I don’t mind clarifying them as long as it’s nothing too detailed. The ones with !!! are okay to ask about too AS LONG AS it’s nothing too detailed (same with the ones with + but detail for those is more like, the causes of them and specifics about the causes)
