  • lots of counter and cabinet space
  • medium/large size island
  • top-of-thee-end stainless steel appliances
    • 1 big/2 medium-size refrigerator
    • 2/4 wall ovens
    • big stove
• open concept [not too open though] i'd like everything to flow and have wood and tile floors only [no carpet]
• 5-10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
• 2 big office rooms [not areas, rooms]
• 2 gaming rooms [video games, etc in one and computers in another]
• finished basement [3 rooms for house maids and a nanny]
• in-law suit
• big yard
  • large-size pool [with a twist]
  • play area for kids
• i'd like the house to be self sufficient
• panic rooms
