- Be accepting that you will have to work hard and feel like you're suffering to achieve your goals
- It's ok to have a treat once in a while but every day will build up your desire to want more!
- Replace desired sweets and carbs for a healthier and better replacement
- If you're going to eat crap at least keep it minimal and add it along side a better option to fill you up and stray you away from crap food of choice
- Check the nutrition facts for added sugars
- Warm lemon water in the morning
- Drink a LOT of water before you eat and in between bites
- Put that fork down!
- Don't buy junk, you won't have junk
- Coffee (almond milk to stop acidity, and nooo sugar please just suffer you will be happier and it's so bad for you)
- Do a sugar/wheat/carb detox (lasts 3-21 days good luck you will suffer!)

- Be conscious about what you eat and how it will benefit you. Will you feel like shit afterward? Will you feel guilty?
- Protein and fibers!!!
- Take time in between eats, it will reduce your desire to keep eating if you have a short digestion period
