  • 7:30 AM - Wake up, 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐄𝐃 !!!
    • get dressed, hair, brush teeth, makeup
    • pack up for school
    • quick breakfast meal
    • TAKE PROZAC & CONCERTA
  • 8:30 AM - Prepare for day
    • check calendar/email
    • open up notion & milanote
    • check canvas to see what is due/planned for class day of
    • make yourself a to-do list for the day
    • if you dont have time later in day, go to gym and shower after?
  • 10 AM - Classes & Whatnot
    • ALWAYS review before classes
    • DO HOMEWORK the second you get free time!!!
  • 12 PM-2 PM - Lunchtime
    • perhaps go to the gym if you have time at 2 PM
    • take a brief shower after
    • look over the to-do list you made earlier
    • do whatever you gotta do: homework, study, personal projects
  • 6 PM- 7PM - Dinnertime
    • Have your numnoms
    • do whatever you gotta do: homework, study, personal projects
    • make sure you have completed your to-do list, if you haven't, reflect why so you don't make that mistake again
  • 9 PM - Wind down
    • stop screen time 1 hour before bed!
    • brush your teeth, wash your face, pick out your clothes for next day, and perhaps read a book or journal
    • bedtime minimum @ 10:15 and maximum @ 11:45
