    • get dressed and ready for work/plans
    • do whatever left over homework/studying you must do for next week

SUNDAY

  • 7:30 AM - Wake up, 𝐃𝐎𝐍'𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐁𝐄𝐃 !!!
    • prepare for weekday crap and REST !!!!
    • do your lil creative hobbies or indulge in self care (shows/research/relaxing)

GO TO BED AT 10:15 PM OR 11:45 PM IN ORDER TO WAKE UP REFRESHED AT 7:30 AM

  • Eliminate caffeine 10 hours before sleep. Cut alcohol 3 hours before bed. Stop working 2 hours before bed. Stop screen time 1 hour before bed.
