I'm a 22 year old Toronto resident, full time student, sister and a bunch of other things. I probably don't appreciate things as much as I should, but I'm trying to learn how to.

Since the first year of University has passed and having gone through weight gain and knowledge loss (haha), I think it's about time that I start realizing having a full time job isn't the only thing that will keep me healthy (I'm silly). So here's a list of things to live by.

(Starting July 23rd, 2009).

Body

  • treadmill 30 minutes a day
  • walk Dinho for at least 15-20 minutes a day
  • do not over snack, snacking is fine though
  • no more fast food (good for the wallet too!)
  • eating out should be a privilege not a right
  • 30 sit ups a day (this'll probably be increased as time goes on but for now that's what I'm up for)
  • eat at home as much as possible
  • go out! but choose the healthier foods

Mind

  • Sudoku (at least 2-3 puzzles a day)
  • read a new book at least once a month
