- manage stress well (calm habits, meditation, breaks, etc.)
- go to the doctor(s) regularly and test all the important stuff
- don't take pills/medicine if there are other/better options
- avoid all types of sugar as much as possible
- eat lots of vegetables, fruit, legumes, and whole grains
- have an active lifestyle
- exercise and stretch enough
- get fresh air
- get a health coach
- record all sicknesses, treatments, doctor's visits, meds, tests, etc.
- don't take vitamins etc. without good reason
- avoid animal fats
- get enough fiber (for your digestion) and proteins (for muscles and brain)
- get vaccinated (including flu - every year)
- drink enough and only drink water (or tea)
- eat less (but healthy) and do fasts regularly
- don't eat late in the afternoon/evening
- eat colourful meals
- only nap for 15-30 mins and before 3 p.m.
- sleep enough (7-9 hours) and well (early, darkness, quiet)
- go on walks often
- go to saunas (or do hot-and-cold showers)
- be mindful of your mental health (social media, anxiety, etc.)
- create healthy habits
- eat dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
- savour your meals and eat slowly
- have sex
- laugh a lot
- be grateful and say 'thank you'
- have good friends
- think positive and notice all the good and beauty around you
