At The PI (Summer 2012)

• I'm there at the right time. (N will know what I mean)
• My supervisor is the nicest supervisor ever. It's a pleasure getting to talk to her during breaks and lunch.

  • ran errands for the root beer social!
• My supervisor's boss is the sweetest, coolest lady ever.
• I get to go into the lab. My mentor there is probably the prettiest researcher there ever was... My other mentor is my supervisor's fiance and he's super helpful and fun to learn from!
• I'm in the same building as the "it" people -- the pioneers in the field of Parkinson's disease. How cool is that?!
• The facilities are really nice.
• They give me so many opportunities! Well, two of them have yet to start, but still!
• The receptionist lady is so nice. :)
• Overall, a very well-rounded job that gives me experience in public relations, administrative tasks, business-letter-writing, and laboratory.
