• Listening and responding in alignment to what was listened to or heard.
• Not eating when I'm not hungry.
• Pausing, when I am feeling overwhelmed, on overdrive, or at a pace where my body feels frantic, rushed, or all over the place.
• Allowing my body to have its own opinion, say, and decision on how I live my life; practicing patience with the space & time my body requires to respond from a place of safety instead of pressure.
• Getting to know how she speaks - what kind of language does she most respond to? (Verbal, visual, movement, sound?) Or like, which does she prefer to communicate the most with?
What allows her to digest or process her experience? ...or rather, 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑠 𝑚𝑦 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛?
