• Today was my first day in my new apartment complex. The building has hand scanners intead of room keys, because according to the apartment company, "Everybody should feel like a secret agent!" The elevator also plays the James Bond theme. I think I'm going to like it here. MLIA.
• Today, I was volunteering at a nearby elementary school's carnival. They had a DJ operating the songs playing on the sound system. At some point, Miley Cyrus's "Party In The USA" came on. A child of about 9 suddenly dropped the the floor screaming, "MY YOUTH! MY YOUTH! IT'S BEING CORRUPTED!!!" The DJ immediately turned off the music, apologized, and then started a Beatles song. I have faith in today's generation. MLIA
• Today, my sister got a letter from a college she had applied to. The envelope was purple and there was confetti inside. They must really want her to go there. MLIA
• Today at school, I recorded the bell on my phone. In my next class, 10 minutes before the bell was supposed to ring, I played the recorded bell. Everyone started leaving, and the teacher didn't even notice. Mwahaha. MLIA.
• Today I noticed a sign hanging in my school with little slips of paper hanging from the bottom. Expecting someone had lost something and was giving out their number incase it was found, I moved in to read it. The real message? "Free little slips of paper". I took one. MLIA
• Today, I found a youtube video that is seven hours and fifty three minutes of nothing but vacuum cleaner noises. I've been sitting in my room, blasting it at normal vacuum volume, and my room mate keeps yelling at me why I've been vacuuming for so long. I'm only an hour in. MLIA.
• Today, I saw Grumpy from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at Disneyland. I shouted, "OH MY GOD! HI GRUMPY!" He looked at me and gave me the finger. MLIA.
• Today, I was drawing Harry Potter glasses on celebrities in magazines. I got really excited when one person actually did look like Harry Potter. I then realized it was Daniel Radcliffe. MLIA.
• The other day, I tuned the radio to Radio Disney, and it was in the middle of a song. It was a song about a girl, but it sounded like the singer was a girl too. I was confused throughout the rest of the song. Turns out, the singer was Justin Bieber. MLIA.
• Today, I realized the voice inside my head speaks with a British accent when it gets excited. MLIA.
• Today, we got a huge new TV. My brother and I were more excited about the box than the TV. MLIA.
• Today I was late for school. The guy on the late sheet before me put 'saving the world' as his excuse so I wrote 'destroying the world' as mine. I came in later and the next person had written 'I was an innocent bystander, it was epic'. I love my school. MLIA.
• Today I was on the subway and saw that the man in front of me had his name and number on his briefcase. I then called him and told him I'd found his briefcase. He scheduled a time and place for me to return it. I then saw him look down and realize he had his briefcase. I giggled. MLIA.
• I recently found out Yoshi, from Mario etc., is a girl. I'm confused and slightly upset. But now I know where those eggs come from. MLIA.
• Today, I was playing a game with my little cousin where I say an animal and he does the noise that it makes. Trying to trick him, I said snail. He meowed. Thank you Spongebob. MLIA.
