- Empower yourself with a good quote... No matter how you find the song "Breakeven" saying the truth more often than not.
- Listen to songs that you don't relate to. Meaning happy songs! ;p This will pull you through.
- Force yourself to whatchamacallit... the one where you lift up your cheeks and show your teeth.... if you don't find yourself being able to. Soon that, oh "SMILE!" will be true.
- Have a good laugh everyday. Find at least one friend who never fails to make you laugh.
- Pray even if it's hard to believe.
- BELIEVE.
- Forgive yourself.
- Forgive others.
- Focus on the things that matter, those who matter.
- Avoid negative vibes.
- Sing not just in the shower.
- Be your own best friend.
- Never pretend "everything's okay."
- Cry.
- Paint!
- Write.
- Fall.
- Walk.
- Run freely. As if you're floating and your feet move along. Don't count the rounds. Just run.
