I realized I really have more music than I ever listened to (and probably than I ever will), that's why I wanna try to listen to a new album/ep/single each day to fill the gap.

Also I might try to express how much I like or dislike the music of the day (not sure)

So my list starts on December 1st 2009:

• 12/01/2009: City & Eastern Tapes - Jack & Jeffrey Lewis (3.5/5; I have the feeling that I'd enjoy it more if I could fully understand the lyrics the first few times I listened to it)
• 12/02/2009: Led To Sea - Led To Sea (4.5/5; I love this album, totally different from what I expected. The cover is just a bit too dark)
• 12/03/2009: Trading Things In - The Voluntary Butler Scheme (3/5; I adored half of the songs in the EP, haven't really decided on one and hated the ending of the last song, which is why the EP just got a 3,even with 2 out of 4 perfect songs)
• 12/04/2009: Paint A Lady - Susan Christie (4/5; she has an amazingly beautiful voice. The first track, rainy day, is so appropriate for today's weather, and it's the reason why I'm listening to this album right now. There's also an over 9 minutes song -yesterday,where's my mind- and even though I usually hate long songs I really appreciate this one: it's weird in a good way!)
• 12/05/2009: Get Guilty - A.C. Newman (4/5; I prefer the first half though)
• 12/09/2009: Plastic Snow - V/A (3.5/5; some songs are really cute, not the typical Christmas album, but a great one to open my Christmas songs season)
• 12/11/2009: The Sleep Shelter E.P - Rachel Goswell (4/5; this EP is working beautifully for me, sweetly accompanying me as background in my daily routine and work phonecalls, just lovely)
• 12/12/2009: The Iron Apple - UI (1.5/5; it's def not my style: I don't really like instrumental tracks so much and 4 in a row is just too much for me, although they were short ones, it could have been worse if each was 20 minutes long... it's not too bad, but not what I'd listen to if I was choosing and not playing songs I haven't heard before at random)
• 12/13/2009: The Children Are Our Future and So Are Flying Cars - Assault Squad Safety Scissors (3/5; this is exactly my style and the title of the album is just gorgeous, though the songs kind of slide on me without leaving a strong impression, so it's a pleasant listen, really pleasant, but not life changing, although I'm not sure I can ask music this kind of thing)

• 12/16/2009: Tomato Morning Tour EP - Page France (2.5/5; it's okay, but not their most remarkable work to me...)

• 12/18/2009: The Old Days Feeling - Mirah
• 12/19/2009: Mi and L'au - Mi and L'au
• 12/20/2009: Christmas In the Heart - Bob Dylan
• 12/21/2009: Songs For Christmas - Sufjan Stevens (4/5; it's in 5 volumes and I adore all of these Xmas songs, I think it's one of my Xmas fav of all times
• 12/22/2009: Do you EAR what I EAR? - V/A
• 12/23/2009: Imagine Our Love - Lavender Diamond (4/5; I love this band, the singer's voice is just amazing and this album is so dreamy. I found myself trying to sing along the song "my shadow is a monday" despite the fact it was my first listen to this album. I needed a break from Xmas carols and this album was just perfect!)
• 01/06/2010: Master & Everyone - Bonnie Prince Billie (4.5/5, some of my friends listed it as one of the best album of the past decade, and even if I'm not sure that I agree, mostly because I'm unable to compile a list of best album of the decade, I think it's a great album :))
• 01/07/2010: The island moved in the storm - Matt Bauer (4.5/5; oh wow! I love his voice, I love this album, if only I had the chance to see him playing a live show again...)
• 01/10/2010: Alela&Alina - Alela Diane, Alina Hardin (4/5; it's just a lovely EP :))
