Things I like:

• people-watching at airports
• biting into an apple
• when the windshield wipers run in time with the song playing on my car radio
• used book sales
• baking something delicious for someone and then watching them take the first bite
• when the moon is full and orange
• having my hair braided by a friend
• riding my bike at dawn when the streets are empty

Things I don't like:

• when an airline cancels my flight on the morning of
• vacuum cleaners (the smell, the sound, everything)
• the feel of having my nails filed
• the sound of a knife scraping a plate
• my car's lack of AC at this time of year
• mosquitoes buzzing in my ear at night when I'm trying to sleep
• being poked in the sides
• when people tell me it's okay when I get a pimple because I have freckles and so it blends in.
• wizard of Oz jokes upon meeting someone. "Pretty far from Kansas, aren't you?" chuckle chuckle. "I bet you get that all the time."
• playing the piano with long fingernails
• finding rotten vegetables in the refrigerator
• flossing
