Sweet and Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 5 tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tbs peanut oil
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper(optional; you can put it on
- In a medium bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of the sugar with the salt,
- Put the seeds into the bowl with the mixture of sugar and spices, and stir to coat. Let cool.
- You can store these in an airtight container for up to a week.
