- Have it around May so I'm not too bogged down with working yet.
- We have around 3 tables and 1 clothing rack for use. Possibly more
- Ask Kylene at the center about having it there/if there are any fees associated with that.
- Look through all buildings and the back porch
- Play music
- Try to make things organized
- Advertise about a week or two in advance (Facebook, Craigslist, Center, maybe Newspaper, local businesses)
- Bring out tent & sell cold drinks & have a pitcher of water for free
- Sell some of Maw's crafts (so they don't go to waste)
- Price a bit higher than what you really want for it
- Make sure prices are visible, consider deals for multiple items
- Price clothes low, not big sellers
- Make signs that are eye catching and readable (don't try to cram too much info on them)
- Have grocery bags to send items home in
- Have change and a calculator to add up prices and change
- Put clothes on cheapy wire hangers - not good ones
- Put up a sign reading "All Sales Final"
- Price each individual item
- Have someone there to help
- Clearly mark for No early birds
- Check all items before putting them out, make them presentable
