- sleep from 11pm to 7am (or 8 hours everyday)
- have breakfast (even if it's just some crackers and fruit and coffee!)
- chug at least 2.5 liters of water a day
- take vitamins everyday
- moisturize (body oil, sunscreen, lotion, lip balm, eye cream)
- pedi every 3 weeks
- facial monthly
- threading bimonthly
- exfoliate
- haircut every 6 weeks
- oil cleansing method quarterly
- ✔ flu vaccine annually
- ✔ cervical cancer vaccine (last shot!)
- lots of water
- no rice, if not brown (i try!)
- more greens
- no soda
- chocolate only when it's dark, with mint, given, or expensive
- nap if necessary
- watch posture always
