  • pedi every 3 weeks
  • facial monthly
  • threading bimonthly
  • exfoliate
  • haircut every 6 weeks
  • oil cleansing method quarterly
  • flu vaccine annually
  • cervical cancer vaccine (last shot!)
  • lots of water
  • no rice, if not brown (i try!)
  • more greens
  • no soda
  • chocolate only when it's dark, with mint, given, or expensive
  • nap if necessary
  • watch posture always
