- eliminate (or, okay, decrease significantly) one's intake of meat
- do yoga, or stretching, or have a really good masseuse at one's beck and call
- exercise--biking, running, swimming, whatever
- eat more greens and other veggies and fruit!
- listen to good, relaxing, amazing music
- sit by the ocean
- sit in silence, absorb
- be without technology, people, the world for awhile
- delete everything from computer that is unnecessary
- clean room, clean house, clean everything
- go back to the basics: love and be loved
- drink tons and tons of water and pee and pee a lot
- cut out fatty excess intake of any sort of food
