it's pretty normal weather for the winter-spring turning point here (60s, with a day or two that goes just beyond and below the 60s) and i am not socializing with anyone, really, so what i brought:
- outerwear:
- puffer (it had just snowed the day before i left)
- tops:
- thin wool turtleneck (had just snowed, was 30s-felt-like-20s in the morning when i left)
- thin cotton mockneck
- thick cotton striped shirts (the white/black and black/white)
- thin cotton striped shirt
- collarless short-sleeved black and white stripe button-up
- bottoms:
- everlane street fleece for the airplane
- madewell elastic waist trousers
- and... received the two elizabeth suzann pants while in california
- underlayers:
- heattech (ultra warm for lounging; extra warm turtleneck and bottom for nyc; extra warm u-neck just in case for here)
- underwear (10?)
- socks (wool, hiking, no-shows)
- bras (regular, sports, walking-yoga)
- shoes:
- docs (damn snow)
- nikes
- madewell sandals (could be switched out for nisolo mules, but since i don't get to wear open toe shoes in nyc...)
- etc:
- pajama top
- exercise pants
