Here are some of my favorite resources for mental health care.

  • Viridi - real time virtual succulent growing, very relaxing
  • START - best used for tracking progress with new medication (also works as a reminder!)
  • Virtual Hope Box - a good calming app for those prone to panic attacks that are eased by mind games/breathing exercises. This one gives me something for my hands and mind to do when i panic. Makes cute little puzzles of pictures you have on your phone!!
  • Habitica - rpg style game for managing tasks, its like a fun to do list that you can get power ups and customization in the game
  • I Am - for positive reassurance messages (I use this one every day!!) simple but I love it
  • vent - online tool for letting out your emotions in a safe space. It's like a social media app!
