 
     weekend/summer routine
  morning:
  
    - 9-9:05am- wake up, get out of bed. no alarm snoozes. if you wake up early, adjust routine. 
- 9:05-9:30am-  dress up for workout, get coffee and breakfast. brush teeth. 
- 9:30-9:35am- stretch, prep water. 
- 9:35- 10:15am- workout. abs mainly. go for a run alternatively. 
- 10:15-10:30am- shower, wash face, shave. dress up for the day. Do hair, makeup, and general prep. 
evening:
  no times, you never know-
  
    - brew tea, and take it upstairs with you. 
- remove makeup, brush out hair. 
- rinse and cleanse face with cleanser and acne wash. 
- apply rose oil to neck, jaw, and wrists. 
- read for 15 mins, wind down, drink tea. 
- lights out, listen to the daily.  goodnight!
