- practice patience, gratitude, sincerity, kindness, and composure (and find an acronym/mnemonic?)
- practice mindfulness/meditation; develop a (weekly?) routine
- check in daily with PEWTER (Practice, Exercise, Wash, Treat, Eat, Rest)
- develop a skincare routine and generally maintain good health
- work out; I have a couple of routines I can do daily using dumbbells, or I can aim to do 100 push ups a day (starting with wall push ups) if I don't have dumbbells to hand; I need to find more stretching routines (yoga?) but so far I do touch my toes
- try more foods and recipes
- try new hobbies (archery? weaving?)
- get back into fencing
- get back into geocaching (hide another geocache)
- get back into art (sketching, painting, printmaking, collage, etc)
- get back into writing (poetry, fanfic, etc)
- read 26 books (stretch goal: 10000 pages)
- sell stuff online (declutter!)
- donate stuff to charity shops (declutter!)
- visit a city I've never been to before
- go camping
- pursue HRT; talk to GP about shared care and get in contact with a private gender clinic
- get my toe sorted out
