• practice patience, gratitude, sincerity, kindness, and composure (and find an acronym/mnemonic?)
  • practice mindfulness/meditation; develop a (weekly?) routine
  • check in daily with PEWTER (Play/Practice, Exercise, Wash, Treat, Eat, Rest)
  • develop a skincare routine and generally maintain good health
  • work out; aim to do 100 push ups a day (start with wall push ups) and look into other exercises I can incorporate into my day/week
  • try more foods and recipes
  • try new hobbies (archery? weaving?)
  • get back into fencing
  • get back into geocaching (hide another geocache)
  • get back into art (sketching, painting, printmaking, collage, etc)
  • get back into writing (poetry, fanfic, etc)
  • read 26 books (stretch goal: 10000 pages)
  • sell stuff on eBay (declutter!)
  • donate stuff to charity shops (declutter!)
  • visit a city I've never been to before
  • go camping
  • pursue HRT; talk to GP about shared care and get in contact with a private gender clinic
