• Cob Dip
    • Ingredients
      • 2x French Bread Sticks
      • 1x Medium Cob of Bread.
      • 2x Packet Soup Mix - French Onion
      • 1x Rectangle Block of Philly Cheese (250g)
      • 1x Purple Onion
      • 1x Small Box Frozen Spinach (250g)
      • 600g Sour Cream

Instructions Bring spinach to room temperature and dice up, if not already diced, and ensure Philly cheese is easy to mash. Chop onion up thinly. Combine Philly cheese and sour cream together, and then add spinach and onion. Mix well. Add one packet of French Onion soup mix, and then add a little more from the other until it tastes awesomely. Cut a hand sized hole in top of cob of bread, and then rip out the insides. Make sure the walls of cob are left with enough flesh to be sturdy. Scoop in the mix into the cob, and arrange the bread you tore out around it for dipping. Eat and enjoy, because it's awesome yummy.
