  • Sausages in onion gravy
    • Ingredients
      • 8 Pork Sausages (for three people)
      • Bit of oil
      • 2 large onion
      • 3 tablespoons plain flour
      • 2 and 1/2 cups water
      • 1 and 1/2 cups of beef stock liquid
      • bit of tomato sauce
      • bit of worcestershire sauce
      • bit of salt and pepper

Recipe

  • Heat oil in frying pan and add sausages - cook until golden brown and remove
  • Add chopped onion and cook until golden brown. Add flour and stir until golden brown. Take off heat and stir in water until combined.
  • Add beef stock, tomato and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Reduce heat, add sausages, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes
