- Sausages in onion gravy
- Ingredients
- 8 Pork Sausages (for three people)
- Bit of oil
- 2 large onion
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 and 1/2 cups water
- 1 and 1/2 cups of beef stock liquid
- bit of tomato sauce
- bit of worcestershire sauce
- bit of salt and pepper
Recipe
- Heat oil in frying pan and add sausages - cook until golden brown and remove
- Add chopped onion and cook until golden brown. Add flour and stir until golden brown. Take off heat and stir in water until combined.
- Add beef stock, tomato and worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat, add sausages, cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes
