- Tonkatsu (Serves 4)
- Ingredients
- 4 slices of pork loin (150g each)
- 25g flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 100g Panko
- Oil for frying
Recipe
- Pound the pork to make 'schnitzels'.
- Coat in flour, then in egg, then in panko.
- Fry in pan until golden and drain on paper towel.
- Serve with rice, or curry.
