  • Tonkatsu (Serves 4)
    • Ingredients
      • 4 slices of pork loin (150g each)
      • 25g flour
      • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
      • 100g Panko
      • Oil for frying

Recipe

  • Pound the pork to make 'schnitzels'.
  • Coat in flour, then in egg, then in panko.
  • Fry in pan until golden and drain on paper towel.
  • Serve with rice, or curry.
