- Amanda (Mandy) Vesta, parents own the biggest casino in the city, the golden dolphin. she helps out there even though shes probably way too young to be working at an establishment for gambling and drinking and the like but such is life.
- Zacharie, RICH, strict father who practiclly owns the city, finns best friend and rival.
- Lucia, zacharies sister. she has Depression.
- Carmen, mandy's sister. she is a phantom thief who has a particular penchant for stealing from her own family, for some reason.
- *mandy's brother who is essentially in the mafia
- Chester. HE IS OBNOXIOUS!!!! JUST. THE WORST!!!
- Maxine "Glory" the XIIIth, huge gambler. i dont know what her purpose is i just came up with her one day so SHE EXISTS NOW!
