  • Acknowledge that an episode is occurring
  • Excuse myself from whatever I'm doing
  • Mindful breathing
  • Drink water
  • Walk/jog/run outside
  • Call family on the phone
  • Slowly, patiently process what went wrong
  • For the gove of Lod, avoid breaking things, hitting self and other people, lashing out, etc.
