- Acknowledge that an episode is occurring
- Excuse myself from whatever I'm doing
- Mindful breathing
- Drink water
- Walk/jog/run outside
- Call family on the phone
- Slowly, patiently process what went wrong
- For the gove of Lod, avoid breaking things, hitting self and other people, lashing out, etc.
