- Interestingly, overappreciation (in the 'overrated' sense) drives me absolutely crazy.
- New York City has always been ugly to me, until I started working in a certain area of Soho - with its stone-paved roads, architecture with history, fire escapes. Never has new paint on old architecture looked so good.
- Very recently, I gained a new perspective on age. Behavior and appearance can be so deceiving, I've become worse and worse at guessing how old people are. I realized age gaps between people can be overlooked if they do match well in mental age - as long as neither person is unnaturally trying to be an age they are not. However, age will never be "just a number" to me, it does define who you are.

- I think Dianna Agron is the coolest girl. I read her blog. Unexpectedly, she writes, directs, photographs, and has great taste in music (and clothes). She actually creates. This is on top of acting, singing, dancing, modeling, and being drop. dead. gorgeous.
- I was a much better photographer at the age of 16 or 18 than now at the age of 21. I drew, I painted. I was once a real artist.
- I also had a way with words. I think I recently lost the ability to write...well.
- This is probably because my major beat the crap out of my brain and all my creativity. Try spending nine months creating original problems for the world, original solutions to solve these problems, original designs to realize your solutions, original aesthetic styles for your designs, and original arguments for all of the above - every week.

- I'm not dumb, but my lack of knowledge is embarrassing.
- Four years at a university is not enough time to expand my knowledge to the extent I crave. I wasted too much of it learning what I don't need to know.
- There will be an empty hole in my life when I finish watching the 7th season of the West Wing. Which will be soon...given that I watched 6 episodes yesterday.
