• make a list of ten moments that make you smile. be really specific. when you blow out a dandelion and you watch as its fluffies blow away in the wind? write that down
  • practice deep breathing for a few minutes. focus on your breath
  • look up dance choreo to your favorite song. try to follow along. if you suck, who cares? have fun with it.

  • write a letter to a friend about what they mean to you
  • put on some light music and bake. muffins, cookies, scones! anything

  • browse the hundreds of podcasts online. try an episode, maybe one you might not usually be into
  • create a playlist full of old songs. songs from your childhood. listen
  • watch tutorials online. how to braid your hair. how to use final cut pro. learn something new
